Personal Training with a Personal Touch

 

I joined the gym in November 2010 very nervous and apprehensive about the whole thing. It felt like a big thing to do but knew I had to do something about my weight.

The first person that I was introduced to was Michelle. After seeing such a friendly face I felt it made me feel more relaxed. I decided after talking to Michelle and the fact that she was very professional in personal training I would give it a go.

Nine months on I've lost 2st 3lb (and 29 inches!) and I feel a lot more confident than when I first started. Although I've done the work myself I could never have done it without the help and support that Michelle has given me. She has a lot of patience and time to give.

I can't thank Michelle enough for what she has done in the time I've been going to the gym and I couldn't recommend anyone more professional in their work.
